Well don't worry, we are here to pour some celestial dust on your workout routine to make it little more fun. We will explore some ways to make your workouts as fun as watching Netflix( if you like doing so!)
Get your sneakers ready because we're about to transform "working out" into "working it out" with a sprinkle of laughter!
Note that this article is mainly for those buddies who are doing workouts at home. The recommendations in this blog are given from our personal experience. So, It might not resonate with you as much.
Listening to music
Now you will say what's new here. Everybody listen to songs while doing workout and everybody recommend doing that. What you commonly hear is that music can help to improve physical performance and reduce pain. Here are some other good reasons.
Psychological Tempo Match:
Most fitness enthusiasts are aware that music can match the tempo of their physical activities, like running to the beat of a song. But what's intriguing is how this synchronization can also extend to our mental state.
As you scroll through your playlist, keep in mind that the right kind of music can turn your workout into something awesome, whether you're striking a relaxed yoga pose or breaking a sweat with some cardio moves. It's like getting a high-five for your mind and body! Listening to a uplifting or fun song on a blasting volume during a cardio can create a sudden rush of energy aka adrenaline rush. You might also experience euphoria listening to some song, which will enhance your mood.
Music Association
In the exhilarating world of working out with music, there's a magical phenomenon that goes beyond the beats and melodies – it's the art of "Music Association." Imagine this: you're in the middle of an intense workout, sweating it out, and a particular song starts playing. Suddenly, you're not just exercising; you're transported to a place where every push-up, every step, and every rep feels like a celebration. That, my friends, is the power of music association.
These musical memories become more than just a soundtrack; they become your fitness companions, your motivational coaches, and your partners in sweat.

Mix it up
Start your week by trying something new in your workout routine. You can add variation to your workout routine. What most people do is that, they divide their days as- Leg day, upper body day and all. If that suits you, go for it. But, there is still one problem. You don't want to do the same lower body workouts on your leg days or same full body workout you found on internet ages ago. So, we will recommend you some of the best workouts or workout types out there.
Kickboxing Workouts
Do you love those fighting scenes in movies or dramas? Well! I do. If you do too. Then I highly recommend you to find some kickboxing workouts for your cardio or HIIT session. I love Caroline Girvan's kickboxing workout. You might also love it. So, have a look at it. You will need a fire song to do this workout :) . There are many other kickboxing workouts available by other creators like Heather Robertson. You can have a look those workouts too.
Caroline's HIIT workouts are amazing. I bet you don't wanna miss them.

Pilates
Nowadays, Pilates are getting so much recognition as a lot of celebrities or Influencers are doing it. Depending on your mood or your body's needs, you might want to do a workout which are not so high intensity. Or you just want to engage your muscles and focus on precision a bit more.
I personally recommend Move with Nicole (Youtube) for a pilates workouts. She explains what needs to be explained and she don't a give a long lecture at the beginning of workouts.
Indoor running/ walking workouts
Do you feel not so comfortable while running or jogging in parks or you just can't go outside due to your own personal reasons? No problem, we are here to help you. You can search for indoor walking videos on youtube or any other application. Personally, I like the HIIT walking workout by Burpee Girl. You can try it, may be you will love it as much as I do. Not only the following workout, She has so many similar workouts on her channel.
Others
Depending on your body's needs you can do low intensity floor based workouts on some days. There is so much content available on internet to diversify your workout routine. So, what are you waiting for? Plan your workout right away.
Record Yourself
Even though you don't want to become an influencer, recording yourself during a workout can be really fun. If you are working out alone and you know that nobody is watching you, you can talk to your imaginary audience too. ;)
You can save these videos and when you will watch them after months you will realize how far you have came.
If you wanna take "record yourself" to another level, but still don't wanna become an influencer or just want to keep your life private. You can make a private Instagram account where you can share these, add captions and guide your imaginary audience. Doesn't sound like a good idea right ? (˃̣̣̥‿˂̣̣̥). I can't decide if I like this idea, its up to you to decide.
If you have friends who hype you even on doing little things. Do share your joy of working out with them. Don't be sad if you don't have those buddies, i don't either. Its not necessary to have such friends to be happy. There are infinite things in this world that can make you happy.
Equipments
I am not asking you to spend huge piles of money on gym equipments. But, have you ever noticed when we buy something new like clothes, we are desperate to wear them or even when we buy our new earphones, we just get so much excited to try them and play our favorite song. Similarly, you can buy some new equipments like resistance band, mat, dumbbells, skipping rope or just some new workout clothes.
